School fees rocket
Parents are set to face more financial hardship next year as school fees will rise by thousands of rands.
Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga told The Times that she was looking at ways in which the government could help fee-paying schools that have been unable to recover 27.45% of fees owed to them.
