UJ lecturer wins big award at the SAAA conference

UJ Accountancy lecturer Prof Ben Marx was awarded the ACCA Researcher of the year award at the recent 2011 SAAA conference held in George.

The Southern African accounting association in collaboration with the international association of accounting education and research presented an international biennial conference themed: Accounting education’s role in enhancing sustainable business driven by professional and ethical business leaders.

The conference was held at Fancourt in George from June 26 to 29, 2011.
Congratulations to Prof Marx on this outstanding achievement!
