Rowdy Students

There is a house on the corner of Warwick Ave and Motor Street Westdene, who are constantly disturbing the peace. The house has not been 'registered' as student accommodation, and the police have been called out on numerous occassions because of the noise. As a result of the police coming out, they are now spiteful and talk at the top of their voices the whole time they are at the house and have big parties. The owner should be fined and held accountable for illegally turning this into student accommodation and the students should not be allowed to make a constant noise.
