Rawson Auctions Northern Region (RANR)
Rawson Auctions Northern Region (RANR) is a wholly owned division of the national Rawson Properties Group, recently ranked 4th largest Real Estate Group in South Africa in terms of turnover and number of active agents.
Rob Whiteley is the Divisional Manager and the division focuses on the residential sector, encompassing sellers who have a fixed timeline in which they need to sell (relocating, emigrating, downsizing etc) as well as financial institutions (Bank owned properties, distressed sales, liquidations etc).
RANR is also active in the Commercial asset class, dealing with corporates, institutions and private sellers who need to liquidate commercial portfolios (shopping centres, office blocks, industrial property etc).
